Almost finishing the program and can say feel much better, despite of all the challenges I am experiencing at work, able to eat healthy, less sugar cravings, better mood, deep sleep at night and improved calmness, feeling of bliss and joy from 16-17h CET, chakra balance treatment I can feel running through my body every day same hour. The most notable difference is that I have Celiac Disease or at least a gluten intolerance which manifests as a hot burning rash, right under my belly. I have been under considerable stress over the past few years and am an emotional eater so I have developed a bit of an extra tire on this is a part of my body so skin has touched skin on a pretty consistent basis for the past few years. During the first month of being on the pathogen cleanse, I had eaten gluten and still was getting the rash. During the past 3 weeks, however, I have been eating huge amounts of gluten, to test my body and see if I can produce a reaction or a rash and no matter what I do, I can not reproduce the rash. Beer is the worst for me, I get a really hot (almost oozing) rash almost instantly. I am afraid to try beer yet but do want to test it, I just don't want to be in pain for a month if I try too soon so that will be my next test.

I realize this technique is helping me. I have more endurance Something that would have been a problem for me in the past, is now easy to figure out. I took my melatonin, as usual, but did not have to take my Ambien when I woke up. And I didn't have to get up as many times to pee, which is something I hate. I believe mental balance and clarity have increased the most. Yes, 2 things.

I am prone to cold sores and although they have not yet gone away completely, they have not developed the way they would in the past. They are coming up but not fully developing and sort of fizzling out. It is as if their potency has been taken away and I believe it is only a matter of time before they disappear altogether

After moving out of the US to old Europe Germany I grew more and more depressed, miserable, angry, desperate with even suicidal thoughts. I started eating unhealthy food, developed sleep problems, gained weight, and did not want to go out anymore. I became lethargic. The Corona crisis made it all worse. I completely disconnected from my inner guidance and light. I could not connect with the people in this country either. It was a horrible situation and I was so stuck. I don't have the usual testimony, but I have trouble with aspirating because of paralysis in my throat and lungs. I would take antibiotics a couple of times a year to keep my lungs clear. Since I've started Scalar, I haven't had to take any antibiotics.
